Enrollment Procedures
If you are interested in studying at a Japanese language school in Japan, please follow the steps below to begin your application process. We welcome learners from all backgrounds and levels.
STEP.01
Explanation of procedures until obtaining a visa
If you wish to enroll, please contact us first. We will explain the procedures from application to obtaining a visa.
STEP.02
Preparation of application documents and student visa forms
Please send the required documents (including student visa application form) by email in PDF format. Submission usually starts about 6 months prior to admission.
STEP.03
Orientation, interview, test, and submission of original documents
We will explain life in Okinawa, Japanese language learning, and conduct interviews and tests. The original application forms and visa documents should be sent in advance.
STEP.04
Submission to Immigration Bureau and issuance of Certificate of Eligibility
About 3 months before enrollment, we will submit your visa documents to the Immigration Bureau. If approved, we will send you the Certificate of Eligibility and payment request form.
STEP.05
Payment of tuition and sending Certificate of Eligibility & Admission
Once tuition payment is confirmed (about 1 month before admission), we will send you the Certificate of Eligibility and admission letter.
STEP.06
Apply for a visa at the embassy
With the Certificate of Eligibility, you can apply for your student visa at the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate.
STEP.07
Enter Japan & Enroll
After obtaining your visa, you will enter Japan and complete the enrollment process. The entrance ceremony is held in April for 1-year and 2-year courses, and in October for the 1.5-year course.
